Snack & Beer Exchange Update
Good news everyone - we are going online!
Online Table Registration
This year it will be possible for exhibitors to reserve their table online through our Companion web application.
If you’re planning to bring snacks and/or beer for exchange, please make sure you register via the Companion app - you will be able to do so, from the first day of the convention and the deadline for the registration is until the event setup on Monday 23:00.
Once registered, you’ll receive your table number. During the event set-up, our support staff will give you a national flag and a label with your table number, which you can place on the table that’s been reserved for you. Please make sure to stop by for the event setup.
Online Voting
The table number will be used for online voting for the best beer, snack and homemade nom. :3
Everyone will be able to vote online via the Companion app and everyone will be able to cast one vote in each category.
Companion App
The Companion app is available online at companion.cesfur.org. Please note that some of the app's features, will require you to be connected to the convention WiFi.

Looking for sponsors
Every year there are things that could make Česfur more fun for you or easier to make for us, but doesn't quite fit into the budget. And every year, there are people who help us afford some of them by becoming a sponsor. Until 13th June, you can join their ranks and help us make Česfur an even better event!
Apart of the warm and fuzzy feeling of doing a good thing, we're going to invite you to a meeting where orgateam will personally thank you for the contribution, offer some refreshments and most importantly, show you what new toys your money helped us acquire for this year.
If you decide to go for supersponsor tier, you will also get to attend a gala dinner with our guest of honor. Don't expect an uptight, formal event. Every year it was great fun - not to mention great food!

Last Minute Call
We have 2 vacancies in the main hotel and 2 vacancies in the overflow. Interested parties can apply for them via the contact form (https://www.cesfur.org/en/contact/) (please state exactly what they are interested in).
Priority will be given to those who are currently in the queue, in order. Subsequently, according to who hears first. The condition is to pay the con within 7 days.
Deadline for registration 5.6., then we will select and contact the winner.

Registration deadlines
Deadline for uploading badge pictures, adding fursuits, T-shirts, and registration addons and upgrades is June 13th.
Registrations will close after June 6th. After the date new registration requests may be processed individually through our contact form without any guarantees.
