Prices
Deadline for payment is 30 days from the registration date (but not later than June 10, 2012); the payment should be credited to our account by then. If you need to make a payment at a later date for important reasons, contact us. If we don’t receive your payment in time and you don’t make individual arrangements with us, we will consider your registration cancelled.

Notes
- Your payment must be received by March 31 to qualify for the early bird discount.
- Prices given in EUR are approximate and the price in CZK is always decisive. For PayPal payments, the conversion will be performed automatically.
Payment options
The following payment options are available:
- Bank transfer to our account at Raiffeisen Bank ČR.
- Cash deposit at the bank office.
- Credit card or PayPal payment.
- Cash payment to orgateam members or by other means, after prior arrangement with us.
You will receive detailed payment instructions after registering.
Cabin beds
If your budget is limited or you are a nature-oriented type, we offer you the option of cabin housing. The cabins are located in a forest at the lake shore, about 150 meters from the hotel building. However, be warned that the cabins’ furnishings are minimal and you can’t expect the same comfort as with hotel accommodation.
The number of available cabin beds is limited, depending on the number of occupied hotel rooms. In case we run out of available cabin beds, we will inform you in the news section.
Shorter stay
If for some reason you can’t stay for the entire duration of ČeSFuR, we can offer you the option of a shorter say. It’s too bad that you will miss some interesting con events, though.
If you want to get a discount for a shorter stay, contact us with details of your planned arrival and departure.
