Born a Gemini (May 30th, 1980) in the Year of the Monkey, terminally curious and sometimes mischievous, Mearú is a playful and creative spirit. A prolific artist and dedicated community member, Mearú has been active in the fantasy and furry fandoms ever since she was able to get Internet access. Her fursona is Platinum Silver Cape Fox.
Her achievements to date include successful TV commercials in Scandinavia, several deviantArt awards, and many satisfied customers. Her ever-growing and very dedicated fan-base provides inspiration and challenges her to reach for new heights and try new techniques.
She works with both digital and traditional media, has tried her hand at sculpting, and is generally very interested in picking up and trying out new and different techniques, often to be morphed and adapted to suit her own way of doing things.
